A Spending Review to Increase Wellbeing written by Lord Richard Layard, launched by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Wellbeing Economics, identifies how a spending review focused on wellbeing will enable the government to explicitly prioritise spending on areas that have the most impact on people’s lives in the UK.
