How can businesses improve wellbeing, through employment practices as well as the wider impact on society?

In this meeting we heard from speakers who shared their insights and experience on the relationship between wellbeing and businesses.

We discussed:

  • What businesses can do for the wellbeing of their own employees.
  • What it means for business to have broader wellbeing goals relating to their impact on society.
  • What this could mean for economic policies in the UK in terms of creating an enabling environment for more businesses to be successful in pursuing wellbeing goals.
